Property Bits
Independent listed real estate research: dated decisions, financial models, model portfolio, public track record.
What we do
- Research. Short, evidence-first notes on listed real estate in the US, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, China and the UAE. We look for reasons to reject an idea before we look for reasons to buy it.
- Model portfolio. Every decision is logged with date, price, thesis, expected return, kill condition, position size and review date. Past entries are never edited. We only add dated updates.
- Screening and scoring. Our own framework filters a global universe down to a few candidates: hard gates first, then a scorecard.
- Research projects. A limited number of paid analysis projects.
